1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine(DOPE)共轭聚乙二醇是磷脂和聚乙二醇结合,具有亲水性和疏水性。聚乙二醇磷脂脂质体形成优质材料,可用于药物输送、基因转染和疫苗传递。聚乙二醇化磷脂能显著改善血液循环时间和稳定封装药物。聚乙二醇能增强溶解性和稳定性,降低带电分子表面非特异性结合,降低多肽的免疫原性。这些材料还可用于靶向给药通过修改与目标表面配体如抗体、多肽。


1,2-dioleoyl-sn-glycoro-3-phosphoethanolamine (dope) conjugated polyethylene glycol is a combination of phospholipid and polyethylene glycol with hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity. Polyethylene glycol phospholipid liposomes form high-quality materials and can be used for drug delivery, gene transfection and vaccine delivery. Pegylated phospholipids can significantly improve blood circulation time and stably encapsulate drugs. Polyethylene glycol can enhance the solubility and stability, reduce the non-specific binding of charged molecules, and reduce the immunogenicity of peptides. These materials can also be used for targeted drug delivery by modifying ligands with the target surface such as antibodies, polypeptides.
